In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, Global Vision Co., Ltd. (AI Division) (the “Company”) maintains the following policy to protect users' personal information and to handle related complaints promptly.
1. Items Collected and Purposes

2. Retention Period
Consultation information: 1 year after the consultation ends. Payment records: 5 years, as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Account access and login information received during the work: destroyed or revoked within 30 days after the contract ends.
3. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except where there is a legal basis or the user has consented. Necessary information may be provided to a payment service provider for payment processing.
4. Users' Rights
Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information; requests made to the contact below will be acted on without delay.
5. Security Measures
We minimize access rights, require administrator authentication, keep access logs, store data encrypted, and destroy it within the retention period.
